Whole body aching like hell

Woke up a while ago, feeling my whole body aching like hell.. Having difficulty dragging myself out from bed... GOSH...!!! Super pain..

Yesterday was my off day again.. Was not schedule on any jobs.. Thinking that finally got the time to continue my lessons at Amore so I went for the kickboxing at 3.30pm. Was slightly late and lessons had started when I reached.. Rushing in without even putting my bag in the locker, I merged into the group. The instructor was  awesome.. Making sure that everyone could catch up with the steps, he taught slowly and clearly before speeding up. The workouts really got everyone sweat out. Guess I din ate anything before exercising causes me to feel abit giddy through the lesson. After kickboxing, I still went to the gym to use some of the facilities. Went weighing myself and glad to find myself dropped 1kg, though not much but a gd start i believe. Before going to bath, I went to the steam room for a good 15 mins. Was being steam red almost like a cooked prawn, I faster stop and rest a while before going to shower. Feeling so shiok to workout so tedious once a while. Feel that all the fatigue and tiredness gone.

Bought dinner home after tt and enjoyed with my family.. It's been quite some time since I last went back.. Came back Baby's place at 10 plus, feeling so shag and tired..

Wonder how am I going to dance tonight.. Haiz..

Counter terrorists & terrorists.

There's only 2 girls therefore only the guys "O Ah Bei Ah Som" to split themselves up. Ice then chosed to team up with Justin's (her brother) team claiming that if they were to be in different team, Justin will sure keep shooting her. Justin was a marksman in army I was slightly afraid that he keep aiming me too but left with no choice I have to team up with Ben they all.

We were then asked to go into the play site to have some safety briefing and game rules before we start. The staff then try the gun to let us see how far the paintball can shoot and even let us feel the paintball. It's semi hard, size as a marble. We then went out to discuss our own strategy in winning the game. Upon going into the play site again to start the game, we wore our vests & masks go to the shooting range before the site to try a few shots of our guns. The gun is quite heavy as a tank of CO2 is attached to it. 2 of their staffs then wear their masks and followed us into the site to be the judge of both teams.

There's a home base which is the starting point in each side, when the siren sound we have to run nearer to the opponent side without getting shoot by hiding from barrels to barrels. A box is placed by the side of the center line which we gotta retrieve back to our home base to win the game. But before retrieving the box, we gotta shot down 2 targets (1 big 1 small) placing on 2 different barrels placed on each side of the opponent site. Players got shot must report to the medic booth by raising our hands to avoid being shot by the opponent players.

The weather was hot & sunny at first but luckily it turn out to be cloudy & windy after a few mins of drizzling. After a few rounds & breaks btw, we won. Scores 4-2 !!! We were all shag & sweaty. My hands were trembling after holding the heavy gun for so long. Justin suddenly "merlion" after that due to drinking too much water. Haha... What a pity cos we din bring camera if not can video the whole scene down. It's quite fun.. Too bad last min a few of them back out if not we'll have more players and will be more exciting. We were planning to have another one with more players. Hopefully will be soon.

My 17th January Passed Like That

Went Marina Mandarin Hotel to have a sumptuous buffet dinner with Baby.. It's located at 4th floor of the hotel, a restaurant name Aqua Marine.. It's my second time there... As before not much food varieites for us to chose from compare to other buffet restaurant... We ate alot though.. Mostly seafood.. Yummy Yum Yum... Like the oysters and dessert there best.. Oysters are very fresh and they have quite a few different flavours of dessert for u to chose from... Spent a total of ard $108 including of GST and service charge.. What an expensive dinner..

 All tastes nice.. Especially the mini cream puffs with chocolate fudge on it.. Soft on the outside and creamy inside.. Not very sweet, matches my taste bud.. Yum Yum...

Rest in the car for a few minutes then went to meet lilian and friends at Bishan for prawning.. Every after a heavy meal, just feel like lying on the bed and sleep.. Baby dozed off a while in the car when we were on our way to Bishan.. Lol.. So distracting to see his head hanging here and there when I was driving.. But was cute... Hee :) Lilian and I caught more than 12 prawns within an hour.. We went back after 1 hour leaving Lilian and her friends there continuing their prawning.. Tired and shag now after updating this blog and checking my cafe world on Facebook.. Going to bathe and sleep nw.. My another off day ends like that.. Tml is my last off day and I'm back to work with full energy again...

Singapore Flyer Dinner on 10th Jan 2010.. Thumbs down

Went to Singapore Flyer with dinner with Baby last Sunday.. Forgotten to update abt this... Cost $299 plus per couple... Thought it would be a very nice experience as it's our first time but too bad it disappoint us... We were slightly late for the dinner.. Having to report at least half an hour before our boarding time at 7.30pm, we reach at 7.30pm sharp instead.. The flight already started when we reached.. Missing one round of it, we had to wait ard 20 mins for the capsule to come down then we can board the capsule... 2 other couples missed the flight like us..We were being required to take a photo before boarding..

Excitedly when the capsule came down, we boarded.. Seeing 2 more couples in the capsule already started their dinner.. No special decorations in the capsule thinking that there will be.. The door closed and there we went for the 2nd round... Main course was immediately served as we were late.. Probably the waiter was afraid that we couldn't finish the main course and appetizer on time when the capsule finish it's last round... I've chosed both our main course online when booking the flight.. Mine was the Roasted Duck Confid and his was the Roasted Roulade of Chicken wrapped with Turkey Bacon. Appetizer was only 2 big fresh scallops with sweet chilli sauce.. When the round finished, we exit to the Gallery centre to purchased our photo which we took eariler... Dessert and tea was then served in the VIP lounge which sucks big time.. It was dry and too sweet for me... Just doesn't like taking too sweet stuffs, making me wanna puke..

Overall dun feel that the money spent is worth it for this dinner.. It's only a 3 course meal with ginger ale served as drinks... If wanna order champagne or wine there's additional charge for it.. The capsule only go for 2 rounds which took less than an hour... So u gotta finish ur appetizer and main course within that 2 rounds.. If missed a round like us, u gotta faster swallowed everything u;p before it ends... Scenery up there was very nice though.. Having an overview of half a Singapore... Another city of lights.. 

My off days

Been off since Tuesday... Just by staying at hm, nothing much to do also feel very shiok COS free from alcohol and spending more time with Baby plus doing my things.. Just back from chalet with friends on Wed night... Just stay for a night, mahjong-ing, BBQ-ing, playing games and PLAYING PAINTBALL!!!! My first time playing it & though there's only 8 of us but it was terribly FUN !!! We were being split into 2 team and my team won.. Shag out and sweat out.. It was quite expensive though.. Costing $60 each which include $10 for renting of the gears & a total of 2000 paintballs for us to shoot.. Thought the paintballs were in rather big size but it was only abt a marble size.. The gun was quite heavy, causing my hands to shake and ache.. It was attached to a tank of CO2 which enable the paintball to shoot very far and of course causes bruise and pain.. Luckily I took cover very well and din manage to get hit...

Went out to get my stuffs done and did eyebrow embroidery.. My brows were quite swollen just now but luckily it subsided... Costing only $80 as I did before at else where last time but the colour faded off... This is a really good chance for me to recuperate.. My face complextion getting bad to worse.. So sad.. Must do more mask and facial soon....

Playing mahjong in a while with Baby and his friends... So shiok to off on a friday night.. It's been such a long time since I can get to off on a Friday night.. WhoOoo.. Going to bathe and preparing for mahjong soon.... Win all their money and cover a bit for my loss of income for not working... Heh heh heh *Evil Grin*

Insomnia Again

Having insomnia again though after long wrking hours last night.. Crowd has been coming back these few days at Ratchada.. Happy that my flower sales was pretty well last night.. Just that too bad cos din manage to sell more drinks to earn more commission..

My kneecap was aching last night before I went to work.. Making me lost balance even by walking.. Suddenly just feel weak.. Thought it's just normal aching but din really much bother abt it until I really feel the pain when I'm dancing.. Think I hurt my ligament.. Cant dance too hard.. Maybe I should start taking some calcium or pills for repairing joints.. Sound as if I very old liao...

Went to Jessica's place for a while to chit chat after work.. Din inform Baby beforehand cos it's a last min thing.. Sotong me type sms but din send out to him end up making him wait for me.. Came back to see him unhappy but dun wish to reprimand me.. Feeling so guilty.. Pacify him for some a while, knowing it's my fault so I have to though dun really like pacifying pple. Probably I like doing things my own way & din really think of how he feel making him feeling disappointed and mistrust me.. Guess I did not give him the sense of security.. Guess I'm a bad gf...

Later in the evening will be going to Singapore flyer to have dinner with him.. We are both virgin to it and afraid of height especially him.. Haha.. Will be meeting up some sec sch friends after dinner too.. It's been quite some time since I last catch up with them.. Hope would be fun.. What a Sunday.. Making full gd use of my off day... :)

Men Nowadays... Haiz...

I'm falling sick soon.. Must be the drinking that causes me to.. As usual flu and sore throat.. Hopefully wun lead to fever again.. Hate all these illness.. No matter hw many water, herbal tea, stepsils and flu panadol I took, just 1 night of drinking can took all these down..

Recently one of my friend met some problems with her husband... Feeling depressed and still need to take care of her 2 children which 1 of them just born.. Really dun understand what some men are thinking at times... That is y I always dun believe in marriage.. Feel that it's just a piece of paper that is bonding the couple up.. Out of 10 couples, how many would there left lovingly holding hands when their hair are grey..??? In this generation and society now, I can say only 1 or 2 out of 10 manage to stay that way... Cant drink too much tonight as gotta go accompany this friend of mine... Dun really know how to console her as I've never been in her position before.. Just hoping that she would stay strong......

It's much easier for man to say divorce than woman.. Men only need to put in responsibilities and effort to marriage life while women sacrifice their figure, beauty, time, pain giving birth, taking care of children and everything at home... There's a say in chinese 男人四十一条龙，女人四十一条虫. Some men look more charming when they aged, guess it's the charisma that they brought out, whereas women we'll look more and more haggard when we aged.. Moreover nowadays there's so many young female foreigners in singapore hooking those uncles or even youngsters up.. Can u guarantee your husband wouldn't cheat on u one day with so many temptation outside?? Well... of course it doesn't happened to every men.. this is only my thinking towards it...

Hoping those men will learn how to appreciate their wives more, thinking on how much they had sacrificed for them and family...

Updates

Got a little sore throat & flu yesterday.. Thought i would feel better by drinking lots of water, eating panadol and turning to bed early.. Throat is still the same, flu slightly better.. Wonder how am i going to perform later.. Haiz.. Of all times and days when i needed my voice most, i fall sick..

Din sleep really well again, as usual keep waking up due to noises in the house... I'm a light sleeper, unless i'm very tired if not little noises could wake me up.

Went Yoga lesson with Jessica instead as i woke up late and missed my pilates lesson at 12.30pm. Shoulder aching now, not sure if the stretching or my sleeping position causes it. First time been to Yoga lesson, it was quite fun but tedious. Jessica and I were struggling to some of the movements. The instructor is a china lady and i was trying my best to understand what she was instructing (in english). But not so bad as she will go ard the room making sure that u got the right position. I almost fell asleep when we were cooling down.

Went visited Shirlin & her new born baby after dinner with Jessica.. Din manage to see the baby cos he was soundly asleep.. Played with her eldest son , Elden instead.. Still as cute as before... 2 yrs plus.. Quite good in talking for his age, playful too.. I always find a child cutest at this age as they are learning to talk and full of curiousity... Went back at 9 plus and slept ard 11pm.. Been so long since i slept so early... Fully charged for the day....

What a boring day

Woke up since 1 plus... Been sitting in front of the com surfing net, playing my FB games and chatting on msn with friends. Gtta prepare to go out soon, having a rehearsal later for an company event at Changi. Luckily it's only an hour then i can come back to rest a while before work tonight..

Sad :( 

 Stained 6 of my white tops on Sunday when doing my laundry.. Shouldn't have put the red top in, knowing that the colour might stained the rest of my tops. But cos i borrowed this top from my colleague, thought tt maybe she might have wore and wash it umpteen times and colour wouldn't fade anymore so decided to throw it in. End up.......................... Tried rescuing it from sunday till now by soaking it in bleaching solution twice but still failed to get the white back.. Bought these tops recently and only wear them once... A lesson to be learnt..

Feeling much better after 2 days of rest without work.. Muscles ache all over after gg to Amore for workout on last Saturday. Got walking difficulties lo.. Cant walk too fast and hard to climb the stairs cos muscles will ache more.. =.=" Lol...

Coming thursday got a singing event, haven even practised the songs yet.. Too long nv sing forget most of the lyrics already.. So lazy.. Luckily off tml, got some time to practised after my Amore lesson..

Updates Of Yesterday

Woke up at 11 plus AM just now.. Couldn't sleep well since 6 plus AM.. His "tu tu train"(snoring) happily going on throughout.. Making my insomnia worse... =.="

Went Amore fitness @ Tampines 1 with Shanna & Melvin yesterday.. Did some workout, swim & gym.. Too long nv really exercise and my muscles are aching now.. Signed up a 1 yr unlimted package there & not cheap.. Heartache the $$ but no choice as it's time for me to keep fit and toned.. Putting on alot of weight.. :( Sob Sob They have alot of lessons which the other outlets might not have it.. So there's more choices for me to chose from.. And tt's the only Amore outlet with pool.. Though small but at least something la.. After a few hrs of workout really shag me out, felt so tired and sleepy when gg to work last night..

Bought this IPhone casing when leaving Tampines 1.. It's very me cos i like blings and glitters.. They have alot of designs ranging from $19.90 to $29.90. Though nice but quality not very gd.. If u dun mind can buy.. Located at 3th or 4th floor if i'm not wrong.. Shop name Tenchi Playground..
